Lawyers WFH - UK Clients of Law Firms Generally Okay with That

Overall - with only one client with a beef - clients in the UK (such as in-house legal departments) are comfortable with law-firm lawyers WFH. That is what an ongoing survey by RollonFriday found so far.

Among the feedback is that lawyers with flexibility seem happier. And, as we know from the grumpy boss or co-worker, happy professionals tend to be open systems superior at problem-solving.

In addition, many clients have empathy. They welcome their vendors having the same shot at work/balance that they value.

Also, they admit that they are not always in their offices. So, they have no expectation of that in their vendors.

This could all come down to availability. As long as the WFH lawyers jump when contacted, that seems to do the trick. The message we who serve professional services clients make it our business to deliver is this: We are available for you, whenever, in whatever time zone, and as often as you need.
