Jurit and Its Very Bonkers Innovation

 Jurit, a virtual law firm in the UK, got a bee in its bonnet about humanizing the profiles of lawyers on its website. As RollonFriday reports, touch the screen and the lawyers would smile, nod, and provide other kinds of facial expressions. 

Well, let's cut to the chase. That experiment didn't go over well. Actually, some folks assessed the innovation as bonkers.

There was course correction. Currently, all the profiles were static. 

Give three cheers for Jurit for its risk-taking mindset.

Your ESG Investments - The SEC Is Watching Out for You

"...the sense of a new regulatory era [is playing out] ... despite the lack of a complete ESG rulebook in the US." -  Bloomberg,  June 12, 2022. Targeted have been Big Operators in ESG Investments. They include Deutsche Bank's DWS Group and Goldman Sachs' asset-management unit.  Currently the SEC is still in the process of hammering out the regulatory framework. Recently, for example, it put out there for comment proposed Amendements to Form ADV for Investment Advisers ESG Practices. So You Make Good Money, Have Alternate Investments - Still, That's Not "Real Money"

 In that global overlay in society of those who own the wealth there is a phrase:  real money. That differentiates the value of their assets and compensation from those who probably will never penetrate that magic circle. So, who are those locked outside?
